Why do my co-workers make themselves and me work harder? For instance When there is an outage all we (beings techs on the phone) can see if that there is a reported known outage and weather or not a tech (field tech) has been assigned or not to the issue. We don't know what has happened nor honestly do we really need to know. When have no idea of an ETR or if there is even one to begin with however it never fails I will hear someone call in and the tech say
Fucktard Co-Worker: "I'm sorry but your in an outage area. It should be back up in 2 hours."
Are you aware of what you have done you Fucktard. If in those 2 hours the outage is not fixed guess what they are going to call right back. So now we have to talk to them again and they are even more pissed because we havent met the 2 hour deadline which you set forth. I will be the first to admit most of the training we got was shiete however even in training they tell you to not give a timeframe if you dont have one, and we never do. So next time transfering their fucking whiney ass back to you motherfucker
