Lead

So today I get this dumbass who just isnt willing to accept that fact his TV is what is at fault and not the cable box. He eventually asks to speak to a sup. I gladly call the lead line as im tired of dealing with this fucktard. I get a lead named XXX. XXX totally berates me for having this guy escalate on me and how this is what blah blah blah he does and how he likes to bend over and take it the ass or whatever because I quickly stop listening. However We file forms on our lovely leads as to how they handle our "situations" here is the comments I filled out on this one.

XXX seems to be upset with me having an esclated call and wanted to inform me of how "in working this job for 4 years" this is how to do it. I have worked in this field for well over that amount of time maybe not for XXX but same issue. If XXX does not wish to deal with escalated memebers maybe she should consider a career change.
